Ariail E. King received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Carolina in 1992 and a Juris Doctor in 1995. Ariail was admitted to the bar in 1996 and joined Lewis Babcock LLP in 1999. She practices in the areas of litigation, focusing mainly on class actions, and appellate cases. She is BV® Distinguished™ Peer Review RatedSM by Martindale-Hubbell®. Ariail assisted Cam Lewis and Michael G. Sullivan in writing Lewis and Sullivan on Class Actions, published by the South Carolina Bar in 2005. Ariail is also the sole lawyer member of the South Carolina Judicial Advisory Committee, which renders written advisory opinions to judges concerning the propriety of contemplated judicial and nonjudicial conduct.
