Lewis Babcock co-founder Keith Babcock again is honored in “Super Lawyers,” a national directory that aims to identify outstanding attorneys across the country.
This marks the 19th year Babcock has been listed in the guide and its companion piece, “South Carolina Super Lawyers.” He’s listed in the practice area of business litigation. Long recognized as a national thought leader in the area of eminent domain law, Babcock co-founded the firm in 1984. It was one of the first firms in the region to pursue legal malpractice cases, an area of law where the firm’s attorneys practice to this day. In addition to professional negligence and eminent domain, other firm practice areas include business disputes and appellate work. About “Super Lawyers” Since 1991, “Super Lawyers” has used a patented selection process involving peer review and independent research. Its goal is to create a comprehensive guide that both individuals and businesses can turn to when they need legal services. Only about 5 percent of a state’s eligible attorneys are selected for the directory, which is updated annually. Comments are closed.
